planning state
In case anyone is reading this thing already.
The state of our planning thus far-
April has done a lot of research into the Gear that we’ll need for the trip, including a hard-core tent, sub-zero sleeping bags, warm clothing, etc.
I have just registered both of us to join WWOOF USA so that we can get hooked up with some organic farms on our trip. I am in current contact with Dancing Rabbit regarding a 2-month internship, and will e-mail Twin Oaks and East Wind regarding their Visitor program, probably this week. I will also contact Earthaven Ecovillage. I want to find some additional communities for us to visit, hopefully some in the northeast (there’s got to be some in Oregon or Washington, right?).
